Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on physical products. For digital products and customized orders no refunds or exchanges will be accepted due to the nature of the product.  

We strive for excellent customer service and quality products.  However, we realize that sometimes things happen and if you receive a defective product, you may exchange it (if in stock) or receive store credit.  You must initiate the process within (14) days of receipt and have an additional (14) to return the item to us. After 30 days no exchanges or store credits will be issued. 

Buyers are responsible for contacting us at orders@studio8embroidery.com to initiate the return process.  Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Once the return has been received please allow 7 business days for the return or exchange to be processed.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Studio 8 Embroidery, 1308 Northeast Blvd, Wilmington DE 19802, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
